Delete your account and data

How to delete your account and personal data in apps published by MuzaMechanica LLP on the App Store and Google Play.

Option 1. In the app

If the app has accounts, open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The account and its data are deleted; you will see a confirmation.

Option 2. By email

Write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion — app name”. Please include the app name and your account email or username. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account and profile (name, email, settings);
• content you created in the app;
• data linked to your account in our systems and diagnostics.

What may be kept

Records we are required to keep by law, for example accounting records of transactions, are kept only for the period the law sets. Payment card details are never stored by us: purchases are processed by Apple and Google.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
