Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy explains how MuzaMechanica LLP (ТОО «MuzaMechanica»), BIN 261040008733, registered at 23 Beimbet Mailin St., premises 7, Almaty District, Astana 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”), processes personal data. We are the controller (operator) of the personal data described below. Questions about privacy: [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
It covers the website muzamechanica.com and the mobile applications we publish under the name MuzaMechanica LLP on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Each application’s exact data practices are also shown on its store page (App Store “App Privacy”, Google Play “Data safety”).
3. Data we collect on the website
3.1 Contact form
When you send the form we receive the name, email address and task description you enter. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field and a Cloudflare Turnstile check that confirms the request comes from a person. We use this data only to answer your request and to discuss a possible project. The message is delivered to our team through the Telegram Bot API, so it is processed on Telegram’s infrastructure. We do not use it for advertising and do not add you to mailing lists.
3.2 Email and Telegram
If you write to us by email or on Telegram, we receive your address or username and the content of your messages and use them to reply.
3.3 Technical data
The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request time; Turnstile evaluates browser signals to tell people from bots. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
4. Mobile applications
The details for every application are listed in its App Privacy section in the App Store. In general, depending on its features, an application may process:
- Account data — such as your name and email address, if the app offers an account;
- Content you create in the app, so that the app can store and show it to you;
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data, to fix errors;
- Purchase status — whether you have an active purchase or subscription.
Third-party SDKs. Apps use only the third-party services listed in their App Privacy details, and only for the purposes stated there.
Payments. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (or Google for Google Play). We never receive your card details; we only receive confirmation of the purchase.
Tracking. Our apps do not track you across apps and websites of other companies. If an app ever needs this, it will ask your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency first.
Deleting your account and data. Apps that offer accounts let you delete the account inside the app. You can also request deletion at [email protected]; we will delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Step-by-step: Delete your account and data.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data to answer requests, to prepare and perform contracts, to provide and support our applications, and to keep our services secure. Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” we rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form or using an app, and on the need to perform a contract. For users in the European Union the legal bases under the GDPR are consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), performance of a contract or steps before it (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in security and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f)).
6. Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security), Telegram (delivery of form messages), our email provider, and Apple and Google (app distribution and payments). We may disclose data when required by law.
7. International transfers
These providers may process data outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in the European Union and the United States. We use providers that protect personal data in line with applicable law.
8. How long we keep data
- Contact requests and correspondence — up to 3 years after our last communication, unless a contract requires longer storage;
- Technical data — for the periods set by Cloudflare;
- App account data — while the account exists, and no longer than 30 days after you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” you may learn whether we process your data and obtain it, ask us to correct or supplement it, withdraw your consent, and ask us to block or delete it. If you are in the European Union, under the GDPR you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer within the time required by law and in any case within 30 days.
10. Children
The website and our general-audience apps are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn that we have, we delete it. Apps made for children follow the App Store rules for the Kids category.
11. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date; for significant changes we will also notify app users in the app.

2. На что распространяется политика
На сайт muzamechanica.com и мобильные приложения, которые мы публикуем в App Store и Google Play. Подробности по каждому приложению указаны на его странице в магазине (раздел App Privacy в App Store и Data safety в Google Play).
3. Какие данные собирает сайт
Форма обратной связи: имя, email и описание задачи, которые вы вводите, а также скрытое поле защиты от спама и проверка Cloudflare Turnstile. Мы используем эти данные только чтобы ответить на запрос и обсудить проект. Сообщение доставляется нашей команде через Telegram Bot API. В рекламных рассылках эти данные не используются.
Email и Telegram: если вы пишете нам, мы получаем ваш адрес или имя пользователя и текст переписки.
Технические данные: сайт размещён и защищён Cloudflare, который обрабатывает IP-адрес, тип браузера и время запроса для доставки страниц и защиты от атак. Сайт не устанавливает собственных cookie и не использует аналитику, рекламу или трекеры.
4. Мобильные приложения
В зависимости от функций приложение может обрабатывать данные аккаунта (имя, email), созданный вами контент, диагностику (отчёты о сбоях) и статус покупок. Сторонние SDK используются только те, что указаны в App Privacy приложения. Оплата проходит через Apple (или Google): данные карты мы не получаем. Мы не отслеживаем вас в чужих приложениях и на сайтах; если это понадобится, приложение сначала спросит разрешение через App Tracking Transparency. Аккаунт можно удалить в приложении или по запросу на [email protected]: данные удаляются в течение 30 дней, если закон не требует их хранить.
5. Цели и правовые основания
Ответ на запросы, заключение и исполнение договоров, работа и поддержка приложений, безопасность. Основания: ваше согласие и исполнение договора в соответствии с Закон Республики Казахстан «О персональных данных и их защите»; для пользователей из ЕС — ст. 6(1)(a), (b), (f) GDPR.
6. Кому передаются данные
Мы не продаём персональные данные. Их обрабатывают по нашему поручению Cloudflare, Telegram, наш почтовый провайдер, Apple и Google. Данные могут быть раскрыты по требованию закона. Обработка может происходить за пределами Республики Казахстан, в том числе в ЕС и США.
7. Сроки хранения
Запросы и переписка — до 3 лет после последнего контакта, если договор не требует большего срока; технические данные — в сроки Cloudflare; данные аккаунта в приложении — пока аккаунт существует и не дольше 30 дней после запроса на удаление, если закон не требует иного.
8. Ваши права
По Закону Республики Казахстан «О персональных данных и их защите» вы вправе знать о наличии и получить свои данные, требовать их изменения и дополнения, отозвать согласие, требовать блокирования или уничтожения. Пользователи из ЕС также имеют права по GDPR: доступ, исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки, переносимость, возражение и жалоба в надзорный орган. Запросы направляйте на [email protected]; мы отвечаем в сроки, установленные законом, и не позднее 30 дней.
9. Дети
Сайт и приложения общей аудитории не предназначены для детей младше 16 лет; если мы узнаем, что получили их данные, мы их удалим. Приложения для детей соответствуют правилам категории Kids в App Store.
10. Изменения
Новая редакция публикуется на этой странице с новой датой; о существенных изменениях пользователи приложений узнают в приложении.
