2. Use of the website
The website describes our services for information. Nothing on it is a public offer: the scope, price and terms of any work are binding only once set out in a written agreement signed by both parties. Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the contact form or trying to disrupt its operation.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, images, video, design and code of the website belong to MuzaMechanica LLP or are used under licence. Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to name technologies we work with.
4. Mobile applications
Applications we distribute through the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA), unless the application provides its own terms. Applications on Google Play are provided under the Google Play Terms of Service and any terms shown in the application. MuzaMechanica LLP, not Apple or Google, is responsible for its applications and their support: see Support.
5. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
6. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts at our registered address, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page.
